Challenge and approach
A 30-year building with limited headroom and no original as-built drawings was converted to an ISO 7 cleanroom. HVAC was split across FCU, AHU, and EFU so sensitive rooms could be controlled without extra shaft space, and only the rooms that need qualification were qualified.
